Depending on your yoga goals and needs, I teach a wide variety of styles: Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yoga & Sculpt, and Restorative Yoga. Yoga is for everybody, and every BODY is different. That’s why I specialize in teaching private/semi-private yoga as each session is fully customized to help you reach your unique and specific goals.
